Early on Monday, Celtic FC and New Balance unveiled their new home kit, featuring the club’s iconic white and green hoops, adding thinner hoops close to the green ones. ‘A Club like no other’ written on the inside back of the neck. The club’s first crest, a Celtic cross, is on the back of the jersey at the top, completing the modern yet traditional first jersey made by New Balance for the Scottish champions.
Adidas Release ‘No Dye’ Pack
As part of their ‘Limited Edition’ collection, Adidas revealed the ‘No Dye’ Pack, featuring two of their silos, the adizero f50 and the 11pro, in an all-white colourway. A lack of any colour or dye means the boots have no chemical or pigment substances, making these versions eco-friendly. Technology is also present, ncluding a premium K-leather upper, soft microfiber lining and a firm ground outsole.
Olympique Marseille Reveals Home And Third 15/16 Kits
Olympique de Marseille revealed their new Adidas Home and Third kits for the 15/16 season. The home kit features a traditional design, a white jersey with sky blue details and a redesigned crest inspired by American colleges. The third kit, on the other hand, pays homage to the southern city’s connection to the Mediterranean Sea, with a bold blue kit with bright blue hoops present on the shirt and a smaller version of the design on the socks. Both kits will be used during the end of this season and the friendly games to be played next July.
The U.S. WNT will take on Ireland this Sunday as part of their preparation for the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Adidas sponsored players, Becky Sauerbrunn, Morgan Brian, Lori Chalupny, Heather O’Reilly and Christie Rampone, have created a custom look for the match using the miadidas program and each player’s own history and feelings. 6 Players Added to Nike Academy Roster
The last day of the Nike Academy trials almost passed unnoticed past weekend, but WorldSoccerShop was keeping an eye to see the outcome of this year’s edition. Six players were chosen to enter the Academy at St. George’s Park: Aleksandar Gogic (19) from the United States, Connor Wood (18) from The UK, Ryoma Watanabe (18) from Japan, Vadiel Gonzalez Lardued (17) from Belgium, Emilio Martinez (16) from Australia and Sergio Galeano (18) from Colombia. They may succeed at the next level, just like Tom Rogic (Celtic) and David Accam (Chicago Fire) did.
