Diego Armando Maradona is widely regarded as one of the best players of the 20th Century, only compared to the mighty Pelé himself. Maradona led Argentina and Napoli in their most successful eras, and became a legend thanks to his unique and relentless style of play. No one will ever forget his memorable performance in the 1986 FIFA World Cup, most notably in the semifinals where he scored a stunning goal (dribbling the whole opposition by himself) and a infamous one (with his hand) against England in the quarterfinals.
Following his World Cup success, Maradona became a key player for Napoli, having a huge influence in their first ever Serie A titles, as well as a Coppa Italia and a Supercoppa Italiana. Get retro jerseys with his legendary number 10 at WorldSoccerShop.com! Abby Wambach To Hang Up Cleats
