Bundesliga club SV Werder Bremen on Wednesday released their 2015/16 home kit from Nike. The Green-Whites will debut their new Nike kit on Saturday against third-place Borussia Mönchengladbach on Matchday 33, Werder’s home finale. The northern German club currently sit in eighth, and have a fair shout at obtaining a Europa League spot if results go their way in the last two Matchdays of the Bundesliga season. Austrian free-kick specialist Zlatko Junuzović was on hand to model the new home kit.

The home kit is in the classic Werder colors of green and white. The design is said to be based on the what the club wore in the 1960s, when the club earned their first pieces of silverware. The collar is a rounded v-neck style in green, with white sleeves and green cuffs. The jersey also features white piping on both sides.

The back of the shirt has the club’s initials SVW under the collar. The shorts and socks follow up and are also in green with white trim and details. German poultry company Weisenhof returns as Bermen’s shirt sponsor.

The 2015-16 Werder Bremen home kit will be available soon at WorldSoccerShop.com.
