A 10-man Real Salt Lake earned a 1-1 Major Soccer League draw with the visiting San Jose Earthquakes on Friday night.
The Quakes went in front just past the hour through Arturo Alvarez, and appeared in the driver seat when RSL forward Fabian Espindola was sent off a few minutes later.
However, the hosts were rescued in stoppage time when Chris Leitch turned the equalizer into his own net.
