The 22-year old feels he can make the leap from the English mites to America's honor division.

"I'm pretty confident I'm good enough to play at that level," he told the Dunmow Broadcast. "I've got a great opportunity to try and progress myself."

Welsh, who also trialed with Columbus last year, will be invited to the Wizards' Argentinean camp if he impresses this week.
