Stoke City will begin the 2016/17 Premier League campaign with a pair of solid new jerseys from new technical supplier Macron. The Potters, now firmly a perennial fixture in the Premier League, have swapped out current supplier New Balance for the Italian brand going forward, and with this forward progress comes a couple of stellar shirts for next season.
The home kit for Stoke City comes in the classic red and white stripes, with blue trim. A collared v-neck style with blue details underneath the flaps tops the shirt. The sleeves are also striped, with Macron’s shoulder logos in red, and white sleeve cuffs.
Macron’s script logo on the chest is blue with white outline, creating a nice contrast against the red and white stripes. The stripes are broken up once again by the horizontal red bar for bet365, now serving as Stoke’s shirt sponsor for the fourth consecutive season.
Stoke’s clash shirt is in a very classy and refreshing light blue with white and red details. The collar is a stub style, with a three button packet, and matching white sleeve cuffs.
A script S is sublimated beneath the monochrome white crest on the heart of the jersey, acknowledging the club’s first crest from their earliest years.
The 2016/17 Stoke City home & away jerseys will be available soon at World Soccer Shop.
