SS Lazio unveiled their 2015/16 home and third kits at the opening of the newest Macron Store in Rome last week.
Modeled by Biancocelesti players Federico Marchetti, Guido Guerrieri, Santiago Gentiletti, Wesley Hoedt, Filip Djordjevic and Keita Balde Diao, the new jerseys are in the traditional home light blue of the two-time Italian Serie A champions and a surprise alternate of white.
The new kits use a previously unseen design from Macron that is currently only being use for Lazio’s shirts.
The unique template has a set of six horizontal lines in the chest area that are made up of a series of hexagons.
The hexagons are printed using a gradient effect to fade into the home sky blue or third white of the jersey that they are on. The design also has a novel chevron shaped insert on the front of its otherwise rounded neck collar.
The SS Lazio 2015/16 home kit has white accents on its side and waist area and is matched with white shorts and socks. The third kit has dark blue accenting and is paired with dark blue shorts and socks that have a touch of light blue.
“S.S. LAZIO” is embroidered on the outside upper back of both jerseys while “Noi l’Amiamo e per Lei Combattiamo” (We love it and for it we fight) appears on the inside neck area.
