Defending Liga MX Clausura champion Santos Laguna released their 2015/16 home and away jerseys by technical sponsor Puma last Friday. Los Guerreros, the Warriors, will wear the jerseys for the Apertura 2015, 2016 Clausura, and the CONCACAF Champions League.
The home jersey is a green and white hooped jersey inspired by the one worn when Santos won their first Liga MX title with the Invierno, Winter, title in 1996. The hoops have narrow tonal hoops within the larger hoops.
The jersey features a polo collar with narrow lapels and interior buttons in white. ‘GANAR SIRVIENDO’ is printed on the back of the collar.
The sleeve are solid green and include white inserts on the outside of the cuffs with a Puma cat logo. The left sleeve also includes the colors of the Mexican flag as a tribute to the commitment of the club to El Tri Colores.
The club badge is on the center of the chest.
The away jersey is a 2-tone grey hooped look with green details. It has a modern look with the lower bands made of subtle chevrons rather than traditional hoops. The green accents are used on the faux v-neck collar (the colors of the Mexican flag are included on the inside back of the collar), on the sleeve cuffs, and around the waist hem.
