Real Oviedo unveiled their new jerseys for the 2014/15 campaign last July but the jersey is only recently making it to U.S. shores with most outlets sold-out of the item.
The home jersey is a deep royal blue with navy and burnt orange detail colors on the button-less polo style collar and cuffs. The navy detail is wider and more predominant on both the collar and cuff. The one difference between the applications is that the burnt orange is the outer edge of the collar but the inner edge of the cuff.
The burnt orange color is also used on 2 bands of piping. The first running from the seam of the collar to the top seam of the sleeve while the second runs from the sleeve seam across the arch of the back
The club logo and Joma are embroidered on the front of the jersey.
A tribute to ‘1926,’ the year the club was formed is embroidered on the right sleeve.
The solid back jersey includes an embroidered cross in gold and a very subtle but impactful sublimated application of the club motto ‘Orgullo, valor y garra’ (Pride, Courage and Drive) at the bottom of the jersey.
