La Liga juggernaut Real Madrid, ten time champions of European football, has finally revealed their third kit for the 2014/15 season.
The highly anticipated kit will be used mainly in UEFA Champions League play this season,  the Madridistas will look to defend their crown for an eleventh title.
The club’s latest kit is a black and white strip, but has been designed by world renowned fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto. The Japanese artist has a clothing line affiliated with adidas, and is known for his wide range of creative artwork.
The jersey is black, with white details and trim. The white stub collar at the neck has a couple buttons. The inner collar at the back has Yohji Yamamoto’s signature.
The three stripes on the sleeves are also white, and end halfway from the collar through the shoulders.
Real’s crest is presented in a monochrome white on the left side of the chest. Adidas’ logo is across from the badge.
The main attraction of the jersey are the two dragons ascending. The dragon, in Asian cultures, are seen as legendary majestic beasts, and were considered the strongest. The pair are in a watermarked appearance, and are very well designed.
The shorts and socks are also in black with white three-stripe trim. A white RM can be seen on the socks.
