The Africa Cup of Nations 2015 kicked off on Saturday in Equatorial Guinea, and PUMA marked the occasion with the release of a limited edition evoSPEED 1.3 “Africa” boot.
The boots feature a vibrant design inspired by the colour of African culture, and also of the original tournament host, Morocco.
The outstep of the cleat features a sun rise in a colour combination of purple, orange and yellow. There are two additional suns on the boot; one on the heel, and one on the tongue.
The instep features similar colours to the outstep, with wavy lines running throughout the PUMA logo.
PUMA have further taken inspiration from Morocco by only making 1,666 pairs available worldwide – this is the year that the Moroccan Royal House was founded.
The PUMA evoSPEED 1.3 “Africa” boot is available now at worldsoccershop.com.
