Puma made statement during last year’s FIFA World Cup by launching crazy dual colorways for their evoSPEED and evoPOWER silos. The right cleat was pink, while blue painted the left one. The concept has made a return this year, featuring striking combinations of orange and blue.
This time there will be a competition running around, as players from each family will compete head to head during the upcoming weeks to outperform the other through goals, assists, clean sheets, saves and completed passes. Fans will be able to follow the competition in social media and pick a team to support.

The evoSPEED team will be formed with international superstars such as Sergio Agüero, Marco Reus and Antoine Griezmann.
“There is no way we will lose against the evoPOWER team. Our team includes sensational players such as Falcao, Reus, Verratti and many more. And me of course”, says Manchester City striker and evoSPEED captain Sergio Agüero, “Seriously speaking, I will try my best and hope I will score some goals for my team.”
evoPOWER team, on the other hand, will be represented by the likes of Cesc Fàbregas, Mario Balotelli and Olivier Giroud.
“evoPOWER players use the boot to help their accurate and powerful style of play, and we hope to live up to this reputation”, says Cesc Fàbregas, who will lead evoPOWER team, “Maybe we won’t score the most goals, but I am sure that with players like Yaya Touré, we will gain many points through completed passes and some beautiful assists. I am up for the challenge!”
These bold cleats will see action at least during three matchweeks, where stars all over the globe will do their best to carry their teams to victory.
Puma Head to Head Duality evoSPEED and evoPOWER cleats will be soon available at WorldSoccerShop.com.
