PUMA have released their latest edition of their evoPOWER 1.2 cleat in a brand new colorway. The release is just ahead of the return to preseason training for soccer stars around the world. Players such as Cesc Fabregas, Mario Balotelli, Gianluigi Buffon, and Olivier Giroud will all be sporting the new shoe ahead of the upcoming season.

The evoPOWER 1.2 has been designed to mimic the movement of a barefoot, with the cleat allowing for natural foot movement and flexibility, which improves shooting and power. The boot uses lightweight, super soft upper material that stretches in a longitudinal direction to provide freedom of movement without compromising on support.

PUMA also employs its latest technology in the new cleat with GripTex, which is material designed to improve touch and control in all weather conditions. This added with the shooting and passing precision of PUMA’s lightweight AccuFoam provides the best all-around control and feel that PUMA can offer.

Chelsea star Cese Fabregas has also loaned his voice to the success of the new cleats: “I am looking forward to returning back to the pitch after a great summer holiday. These new boots will help me find my game rhythm and the new color scheme is very striking to look at. The pre-season is key to lay the foundations for success in the coming season, and I’m very happy PUMA gives my feet a new look as we kick off the defense of our title.”

The new colorway features the colors white, total eclipse, and lava blast.

The PUMA evoPOWER 1.2 cleats will be available for pre-order at World Soccer Shop.
