PUMA has released two new colorways for their evoSpeed and evoPower boots
The new generation of the evoSPEED 1.3, designed for the fastest players on the pitch. The dominant color of this boot is purple, with splashes of blue and yellow thrown in to complete its eye-catching design. Perhaps the most striking component of this boot is the large PUMA text found on the instep.

The PUMA evoSPEED 1.3 boot is made of light materials, allowing for increased flexibility. The new top uses super-thin microfiber materials, providing a barefoot-like touch. In addition, the Griptex print on front of the boot allows for greater ball control in all weather conditions. The final major advancement is the implementation of the EverFit Cage, which provides wearers with enhanced stability and protection.
The newly optimized footbed ensures a good fit, whilst the heel counter allows for quick bursts of acceleration. This creates a perfect balance between speed and comfort.
Marco Reus, who has just switched to the new evoSPEED 1.3 says: “I’ve worn PUMA shoes for years, but the evoSPEED is still very new to me. It really is a beautiful shoe with great features, which will help during my workouts to be fit again”.
To coincide with the evoSPEED 1.3, PUMA have also released a complementing colorway boot in the form of their new evoPOWER. Yellow is the dominant color of this boot, completed with a purple trim highlighting the PUMA logo and a blue EverFit Cage on the inner side of the boot.
The evoPOWER is designed to give any footballer the extra power and precision when shooting, and utilizes the same innovations as the evoSPEED such as use of lightweight material, barefoot touch technology and the heel counter to give a comfortable and stable fit.
This cleat will be worn by international players including Mario Balotelli, Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic.
