PSV Eindhoven have revealed their new home and away uniforms for the 2016/17 season. As current Dutch champions, they’ll sport classy designs from Umbro that live up to their status.
The home shirt gives a modern interpretation to their traditional red and white stripes, showing them on the front and cuffs, leaving the sleeves and lower body in red. For the first time in 30 years, Philips logo won’t appear as main sponsor, being replaced by Energie Direct (an energy company that operates in Netherlands).
The uniform features black shorts and white socks to complete an iconic look.
Away jersey has a dark blue body, adding a turquoise horizontal stripe on the chest, and some detailing from the same color on the neck and cuffs. A special patch celebrating the club’s origins as a special soccer club for Philips employees back in 1913.
PSV Eindhoven home and away jerseys will be soon available at World Soccer Shop.
