French Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille and adidas have today unveiled a fourth kit for this season. L’OM currently sits on top of Ligue 1 despite their defeat in Le Classique against Paris Saint-Germain. Marseille and adidas have brought a unique sense of style and camaraderie into each kit produced for the club recently, and this one is no exception.

The new kit was presented in a cooler that the club referred to as a “mystery box” on their website, referring to OM’s manager Marcelo Bielsa’s “bench.” The charismatic manager was pranked by an assistant as he placed hot coffee on top on the cooler as he was about to sit.

The kit consists of a bold sky blue with orange highlights. The new uniform will make its Ligue 1 debut next month when Marseille travel to Lorient. The collar comes in a v-neck type, in a bright orange. A faint pinstripe pattern can be seen on the upper chest and takes up the shoulders up to the collar on the sleeves. Adidas’ three stripe trim on the shoulders is in orange, as is half of the sleeve cuffs.

L’OM’s emblem appears in a monochrome orange at the heart of the shirt, with an adidas logo of the same orange color parallel from it. Sponsor Intersport is under the pinstripe design, also in orange.

The shorts and socks are in sky blue with orange details. The shorts have orange classic three stripe trim on each side, with a thick stripe at the bottom. The socks are a standard adidas style, with only the three stripes at the top, and adidas logo at the shins.
