French Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille and adidas have reunited for the newest set of ahead of next season. L’OM have rolled out three new fresh looks for one of France’s most passionate sides ahead of the 2016/17 campaign. Marseille will debut their home jersey in Ligue 1 play against Reims on May 7.
The home jersey for Marseille comes in the usual white with light blue and golden trim. The connection between club and city combine again, as the city’s coat of arms are plastered in gold within the white crew neck collar and light blue and gold trim. Furthermore, the city flag serves as the main design for the jersey. A light blue St. George’s cross is shifted over to the left side of the crest, with the rounded OM emblem at the intersect, and the adidas logo in white on the right chest. The cross is cut off at the upper chest.
The sleeves are a clean white, with light blue and gold trimmed cuffs. The sides of the shirt have adidas three stripe trim race down from the underarms through the hem. The kit comes complete with white shorts and socks with light blue trim.
Marseille’s away kit comes in a solid navy with silver trim. The collar has a classy v-neck style, and the jersey is a simple yet fresh look, with the secondary color taking up sleeve trim and three stripes on the sides. The shorts and socks are also navy and silver, rounding off this change look.
OM’s third kit is light blue with white and black details. The collar style for this one is a modified v-neck style. The three-stripe trim are on the sleeves in black, and are cut off at the shoulders, and the cuffs are a two-toned white and black. The jersey has white stripes to go with the light blue. Light blue shorts and socks with black trim completes the full third kit.
Intersport serves as the main shirt sponsor of the jersey on the home and away, as Mutuelles du Soleil takes the spot on the third jersey.
