This fall, Nike wants you to remember your roots – where you came from as a soccer player. They want you to remember the dirt, the potholes, and the bumpy tufts of grass that used to obscure your passes as you played some of you earliest soccer at the local park with your friends.
The Fall 2015 Nike F.C. Collection is inspired by the memorable “Park Life” soccer advertisement from 1997 that featured Ian Wright. This season Nike is celebrating grassroots soccer.
Now in 2015, Raheem Sterling shares some laughs with Arsenal legend Ian Wright while the duo wear the gray and black FZ Hoody from this year’s collection. The FZ Hoodie’s fit holds its shape perfectly, and the Nike FC detailing on the hood gives it the urban soccer style.
The new line includes plenty of gear for both the warmer and the cooler weather of the fall season.
Soccer doesn’t change when the weather cools off, but the apparel you sport while playing park pick up does. Nike has you covered here too, with Crew long sleeves and fleece, and the Libero, FT GX, and Venom pants.
The Crew long sleeve and fleece shirts come in various colors, from Royal blue to red. The French Terry Fabric offers plenty of warmth for your commute to the field, and Raglan sleeves add a touch of style.
When it comes to pants, whether you’re wearing the Libero, the FT GX, or the Venom FT, you’re sure to get the comfort and style that Nike provides. The Liberos come in black and offer Di-FIT moisture control and mesh ventilation for high-quality training comfort. FT GX sports the French Terry fabric with cuffed ankles, side zip, and side and back pockets. The Venom FT was Wright’s apparel of choice, and boast the draw-string waits and snap-shut back pockets.
Rounding out the collection are some go-to accessories. The black Nike FC Beanie can top off any Nike FC Fall look.
While the Core Hydro Flow Water Bottle supplies the fluids every player needs whether they’re on a grassroots pitch or Old Trafford itself.
