Manchester City beat Porto 4-0 on the night and 6-1 on aggregate to cruise into the Europa League last 16 at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday.

Aguero: Celebrates early goal

City were already well placed after their 2-1 win at the Estadio do Dragao last Thursday, and made their position even stronger within 20 seconds as Yaya Toure's precise pass played in Sergio Aguero, whose smart finish across the keeper nestled into the bottom corner.

The home side were always in control from that point, but had to wait for further breakthroughs.

When they came, though, they came in a flurry as Edin Dzeko, David Silva and David Pizarro with his first City goal added gloss to the scoreline.

Porto were reduced to 10 men when Rolando saw red in the aftermath of Dzeko's goal.
