NBC Sports took over as the exclusive home of the English Premier League ahead of the 2013/14 season and announced on Monday that the contract had been extended for an additional 6-years through the 2021/22 season.
“We are excited to continue our tremendous partnership with the Premier League, and we look forward to presenting the world’s finest soccer league to Americans for many years to come,” said NBC Sports Group Chairman Mark Lazarus said.

The Premier League is the most watched soccer league in the U.S. NBC Sports has taken the coverage to a new level since they originally became a partner and plan to show all 380 Premier League matches annually on one of their platforms.
“NBC Sports has done a fantastic job broadcasting the Barclays Premier League for the last two seasons and we are extremely pleased that they have invested in our U.S. rights for seasons 2016-17 to 2021-22,” said Premier League Executive Chairman Richard Scudamore.
