D.C. United boss Tom Soehn reports that Designater Player signing Marcelo Gallardo is coming along just fine in his MLS education.

The former River Plate star has had his ups and downs on the young season, but the same could be said for anyone on the struggling squad.

"It is still a growing process, understanding what our league is all about," Soehn told the Washington Post. "He is adjusting very well."

"I still expect more from him, but I expect more from everybody."
