Back from two years of knee struggles and scoring again, New York striker Mike Magee believes he still has his best ahead of him.
The former U.S. Under-20 international is rounding into top form of late, notching his fifth goal of the season last week.
"I'm still young," Magee told the Chicago Daily Herald. "I just turned 24 (in September)."
"I've had a tough injury the past couple of years, which has slowed a lot of things, but I still have a lot of time to grow and a lot of things to learn - but I think I'll accomplish most of my goals."
"I feel pretty lucky to still be on the team, to be honest with you," he admitted. "I'm finally fit, finally healthy, finally happy."
"Now is the best I've felt in about a little over two years."
