Gullit Commanding Respect

The team has missed the playoffs the past two season, but the former Portugal ace says it won't happen this time if they can meet Gullit's standards.
"Everybody is pleased to be coached by one of the most important people in the football world," Xavier told the Los Angeles Daily News. "It's exciting, it's demanding."
"It's raised the level of our focus, the level of our concentration, when you have a person like Gullit looking at us."
