As he prepares for a potential Barcelona debut away to Real Madrid in ‘El Clasico’ on 25th October, Luis Suarez has been enjoying training with his teammates, something that he wasn’t able to do immediately after joining the club due to his ban for biting at the World Cup.

This week Suarez was spotted wearing a black-out prototype version of the new F50 cleat, which is expected to drop in early 2015. Originally launched in 2010, the model could be set for some major changes.

There are suggestions that the latest adizero will have an entirely new outsole, as the SprintFrame heel counter of previous generations looks to have been removed.

The black-out version spotted on Suarez features a scale-like pattern, and the three stripes of Adidas may move to the tongue from the side of the boot.

We’ll keep a close eye on Suarez in the coming weeks to see if adidas continue to use the Uruguayan to test out their latest prototypes.
