The Republic of Ireland has a new away kit from Umbro. The Double Diamond brand’s latest clash kit for the Irish will debut in November in a Euro 2016 qualifier at Scotland.
For the first time since 2002, navy blue will be present on an FAI kit. The Irish qualified for the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea while with Umbro. Those kits featured navy and orange details and trim.
This incoming kit takes some inspiration from the 2002 edition in terms of design. The collar is a very clean white polo. The underarm panels on both sides are navy with green trim extending all the way to the hem from there.
The shorts are a modest navy with simple green trim on each side. The socks complete the look, with a green mini-hoop design over white, and a thicker green turnover stripe at the top.
The new Umbro Ireland 2014-15 kit will be coming soon to WorldSoccerShop.com
