Ajax are waiting on the fitness of striker Luis Suarez after he suffered a foot injury against Heerenveen on Monday.
The 21-year-old Uruguay international was stretchered off in the first half of their Champions League play-off clash amid fears he had broken a bone in his foot.
Tests later revealed there was no serious damage, although the Amsterdam club will have to wait and see if Suarez can play in the first leg of their play-off final against FC Twente on Saturday.
"Suarez was examined in the hospital," said a statement on Ajax's official website. "There it became clear that his foot is not broken.
"There was also no further visible damage to the joint. It is not yet known if Suarez will be able to play against FC Twente."
A 3-1 victory over Heerenveen on Monday meant Ajax advance to the final with a 5-2 aggregate win.
