FC Twente have completed a two million euros deal to sign midfielder Ronnie Stam from NAC Breda.

The 24-year-old has signed a four-year contract to play for Steve Mclaren's side and will serve as a replacement for Luke Wilkshire, who has left for Dinamo Moscow.

The deadline-day deal comes after Twente's initial offer was rejected over the weekend with NAC telling Twente to meet the player's release clause.
