PSV Eindhoven have ruled out the prospect of a summer transfer for goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes despite his ongoing feud with managing director Jan Reker.
The Brazilian has accused Reker of breaking a series of promises after persuading him to sign a new contract last December, and has threatened to leave the Dutch champions unless the director resigns.
Gomes could be thwarted though after chairman Frits Schuitema admitted there were no plans to release the keeper from his contract.
Schuitema told VoetbalPrimeur.nl: "We are very clear about Gomes: it's not for nothing that we've continuously upgraded and extended his contract.
"We don't want to see Gomes go at all."
The chairman also revealed no-one has been in contact with PSV about the availability of the 27-year-old.
"We have had no indications whatsoever that other clubs want to sign him," he added.
"We would be mad to let him go."
