James Rodriguez scored his first Real Madrid goal on his Bernabeu debut yesterday, just minutes after coming off the bench.
The World Cup 2014 Golden Boot winner opened the scoring in the Spanish Super Cup against fierce rivals Atletico Madrid, wearing a special addition golden miadidas f50 adizero cleat.
The Colombian star was presented with the exclusive boots when receiving the Golden Ball Trophy earlier this month. They are extremely limited; only six pairs have been made, one for each goal he scored in Brazil.
The boots use the same Battle Pack print as his World Cup pair, but with a black/gold upper and golden sole. They also have the message on the side “Top goalscorer of the FIFA World Cup”
James is expected to wear the boots again for the second leg of the Super Cup on Friday.
