PSG could face punishment after police were forced to use tear gas to prevent a group of ticketless fans entering the stadium against Amiens.
The Coupe de France semi-final was halted for around 10 minutes towards the end of the first half after the tear-gas fumes spread onto the pitch, forcing referee Tony Chapron to rush the players off to the dressing room.
Players and supporters alike were seen covering their mouths to stop themselves inhaling the fumes.
Reports claim there were about 100 fans outside the ground who were trying to join the 550 PSG supporters already in the stadium.
The capital club could be fined, or even face heavier punishment, for this latest incident.
PSG were recently banned from competing in next season's Coupe de la Ligue after a section of their fans unfurled a discriminatory banner during this year's final against Lens.
The club are to appeal against the decision.
PSG beat Amiens 1-0 to advance through to the final, which takes place later this month.
