Leicester City has the edge to claim the Premier League title with 5 game remaining and it would be hard to imagine a player from the club not taking the PFA Player of the Year Award with a trio of Foxes on the 6 player shortlist.

Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kanté have been the heart-and-soul, creative instinct, and lethal touch for Claudio Ranieri’s side and are included on the awards shortlist.  Vardy with 21 goals and Mahrez with 16 goals and 11 assists both wear the Nike Hypervenom II Phantom while Kante has been called on to do the hard work in the center of the field wears the adidas X 15.1.

Nike powers 2 other players on the shortlist, West Ham’s surprise Dimitri Payet (9 goals and 8 assists) in the Nike Mercurial Superfly and the Premier League’s top goal scorer, Tottenham’s Harry Kane, with 22 goals in the Nike Hypervenom II Phinnish.

The Premier League’s assist leader, Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil, with 18 assists is the face of the adidas laceless revolution wearing the Ace 16+ PureControl rounds out the 6 shortlist.
