FC Bayern München and longtime kit sponsor adidas has released a new stylish away kit, featuring a white shirt with a colorful hooped pattern. Bayern, under Pep Guardiola’s watch for a second season, are looking forward to their US Summer tour. They’ll be opening with Mexico’s CD Guadalajara and ending against the MLS All-Stars.
The new away jersey is white, and comes with three horizontal stripes in dark red at the upper chest, blue in the middle and gray at the seam. A dark red crew neck collar with matching sleeve cuffs has adidas’ three-stripes extend halfway down the sleeves.
Each stripe has a neat cloth pattern effect. Dark red trim is present on each side of the shirt, breaking up the stripes. The red stripe on the shirt has Bayern’s badge with four golden stars at the heart of the shirt, with a white adidas logo on the other side.
On the back of the shirt, under the collar is the message “Mia san mia” (We are who we are) in dark red. A blue arched stripe between the shoulders and Bayern’s name label under the stripe completes the jersey. Deutsche Telekom is the sponsor, and its logo appears in black on the front.
What do you think of Bayern’s newest kit? Are you excited to seeing the team in action with it?
