New Tottenham player Fraizer Campbell says he is keen to gain experience at Spurs but still has his heart set on becoming a Old Trafford regular.
The talented young star joined Tottenham on the last day of the transfer window as part of the deal taking Dimitar Berbatov to Manchester United but, having only joined on loan, expects to leave White Hart Lane after a year.
The former Hull forward says he believes he still has a future at Manchester United and is hoping to make the most of the opportunities he might get this season away from the club.
"I've had various meetings with him (Sir Alex Ferguson) and I'm in his plans for the future.
"Hopefully I can get some experience, come back and get a place in his team."
"It's an exciting time for me, it's a great loan move that I've managed to get on," he said.
"Hopefully I can get in the team and hold down a regular first-team place and score a few goals, but most importantly learn from the experience."
Repeatedly linked with a return to the KC Stadium over the summer the u21 international says he has great memories of his time under Phil Brown but is now committed to giving his best to Juande Ramos's Spurs.
"I enjoyed my time at Hull and I'm thankful to all the people there but this is a new season and I have to concentrate on my new loan club."
