Torino's new midfielder Blerim Dzemaili says he has absolutely no regrets about his time at Bolton in the English Premier League.
The Swiss international has moved to the Italian club on a season-long loan after making just one appearance for his parent club during his time at the Reebok Stadium.
The 22 year-olds time at Bolton was badly hampered by injury. After arriving in January of 2007 the former FC Zurich man sustained a cruciate ligament injury and, when back to full fitness, was never able to secure a spot in the Wanderers team.
Despite all that though Dzemaili says he is pleased with his experience in the English game and happy now to continue his career at a team who are excited to have him.
"A few years ago it was my dream to play in the Premier League and Bolton showed they really wanted to bring me there," Dzemaili told the Lancashire Telegraph.
"Now Torino have done everything to get me and it's a great chance, so I accepted with enthusiasm.
"I don't think I wasted time in England, as I got to learn a new language and face off against a very different style of play than I was accustomed to."
