The Polish Football Association (PZPN) and its government have reportedly resolved a dispute that threatened their co-hosting of Euro 2012.
The PZPN were suspended by the country's sports ministry seven days ago for allegedly failing to address corruption issues. FIFA stepped in to force both parties to reach an agreement.
FIFA boss Sepp Blatter confirmed: "We have received letters and documents that there has been an agreement between the FA and the Polish government.
"If this agreement comes into force tomorrow (Tuesday) it is sufficient for us. We will not impose any sanctions once the agreement comes into force."
FIFA says it will continue to "closely monitor the situation at the Polish FA and the implementation of the measures established in the roadmap".
