The Golden Arrows central midfielder is reported to have impressed The Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson during Bafana Bafana's 2-2 draw with Australia in London last week.
"My mind was focused to the start of the league season with Golden Arrows, but God has decided otherwise and wanted to give me this chance of playing in England," Dikgacoi told Kick Off.
"My manager has told me that I am not going for trials, but for medical tests and if I pass I will be playing for Fulham this season."
The 23-year-old scored twice for his country in the June 2010 World Cup/Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and has become a fixture in the Bafana team alongside Macbeth Sibaya.
