The Football Association have fined Hull manager Phil Brown 1, 000 pounds and warned him over his future conduct after admitting a charge of improper conduct.
The charges relate to Brown's touchline behaviour during the Tigers' 5-0 demolition at the hands of Wigan at the KC stadium on August 30.
The FA have revealed that Brown's admission of the charges, his immediate apology to match officials and the steps the club have taken to avoid a repeat incident were all taken into account when handing out the punishment.
