Swansea captain Garry Monk has backed manager Roberto Martinez's European revolution at the Liberty Stadium to continue to succeed next season.
Spaniard Martinez last week signed compatriots Gorka Pintado and Jordi Gomez to compliment the Swans' continental first-team regulars including fellow Spaniard Angel Rangel and Dutch pair Dorus De Vries and Ferrie Bodde.
And Monk is confident the manager's signing policy will pay off, telling the Western Mail: "That's the way Roberto has liked to do things and with his experience and knowledge of the game abroad it makes perfect sense.
"He obviously feels the prices can be a bit high for certain players in Britain, but when he knows the Spanish game inside out, he feels that's the way forward for us. And he's shown with his track record that you can place a lot of faith in that.
"A lot can be made of having too many foreigners in the team, but it's never been a problem for us. The players have come in and done a job for the club and been of a very good quality."
