Arsenal welcomed influential midfielder Cesc Fabregas back for their Champions League qualifier against FC Twente at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.
The Spanish star had been out for several weeks with a hamstring injury but rejoined his team mates as they faced former England manager Steve McClaren's side with a 2-0 aggregate advantage.
As far as injuries go, the Gunners were without new signing Mikael Silvestre as he is still recovering from a thigh strain, while Abou Diaby (thigh), Amaury Bischoff (groin), Tomas Rosicky (hamstring) and striker Eduardo (leg) were also on the injured list. Defender Philippe Senderos meanwhile completed his season-long loan move to Italian giants AC Milan earlier on Wednesday.
