LIVERPOOL v STANDARD LIEGE

Liverpool host Belgian side Standard Liege at Anfield in the Champions League qualifiers on Wednesday and have no new injuries to worry about.

The sides are deadlocked at 0-0 after the first leg, but the Reds expect to do well under skipper Steven Gerrard, who scored the winner against Middlesbrough this past weekend. Ryan Babel is in the squad after playing for Holland at the Olympics, but Javier Mascherano and Lucas are not yet recovered from their stay in Beijing.

Sami Hyypia is still out with a hamstring niggle but Xabi Alonso and Jermaine Pennant are in the squad despite being linked to moves away from the club this transfer window.
