Bayer Leverkusen has released their 2015/2016 home and third jerseys for the coming campaign. The new home kits boast a bold and memorable design, while the third kits have stuck around since being the home jerseys for last season’s 2014/2015 campaign.
Bayer’s new home jersey proudly wears the club’s black and red colors in the form of thick hoops across the chest. The horizontal strips blaze the front of the jersey, while the back displays a solid black. The v-collar neck line has small black polka dots down and around it while the sleeve cuffs and bottom trim of the shirt boast these as well. Just below the collar on the back can be found the club’s nickname, “werkself.”
Bayer Leverkusen’s third kit this year is carried over from last season’s home jersey. Its varying shades of red create a similar hoop pattern across the chest of the shirt like the latest home kit. The horizontal hoops are about half as wide as the 2015/2016 jersey, and they add a deft level of subtlety to the shirt.
