Today’s unveiling of the new Nike Mercurial Superfly 2014 means that the Magista is not alone in boasting a FlyKnit upper and ankle collar, but it is still nonetheless one of the most exciting boots around, especially since it will be replacing the hugely popular CTR line. While Iniesta is set to be one player in a star-studded line up of Magista wearers, he remains the only player to have trained in the actual release colourway, perhaps indicating Nike’s intentions to make him the face of the line.

Iniesta’s midfield partner for both club and country, Xavi was spotted in the yet to be released next generation adidas Predator. adidas have yet to officially show their hand in terms of what they have in store boot wise for the World Cup, but from what we have been told they have some incredible things in store, including this new Predator.
