Aston Villa netminder Brad Friedel has tipped fellow American backstop Brad Guzan to rule the roost one day, but says he will try to put that off as long as he can.
The World Cup 2002 hero, who posted a clean sheet win at Arsenal on Saturday, is quite impressed with his young compatriot after only a few months as teammates.
"It is inevitable that one day I won't be able to play any more, and he has a tremendous chance to step in," said Friedel.
"But I will keep working hard every day to stay in front of him."
