Innovation is key for adidas, and today they have taken a new step in that direction. The multinational brand has revealed the stunning Glitch 16 shoes, which come with interchangeable upper and soleplate. This is the evolution of the F50 Tunit concept from 2006 that offered a range of interchangeable chassis and studs for every player.
Technology has advanced considerably in ten years, allowing adidas to bring back the idea and apply their latest innovations. A brand new techfit chassis serves as base for the construction, offering support and a sock-like fit to the foot that makes laces expendable. You can choose the upper from a wide range of designs and technical variations to suite your own style.
Uppers are available in leather and synthetic fabric, with firm ground and soft ground soles applicable. For now the shoes are not available to general public, and some lucky semi-pro and amateur players in London have been chosen to test the shoes and invite people to try them via Social Media.
