When you don’t care what people and pundits are saying about you but let your play on the field do the talking you know you have found the place where ‘First Never Follows.’ BLAH, BLAH, BLAH is adidas latest video in the First Never Follows series and looks at 6 players who live by this mantra.
The short film looks at players – Paul Pogba, Manuel Neuer, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez, Diego Costa and Miralem Pjanic – as well as managers – Zinedine Zidane and new Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho – from some of adidas’ top clubs – Real Madrid, FC Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Chelsea, Juventus and AC Milan – to see how they put aside distractions to perform at the highest level.
The players are seen wearing the new adidas third jerseys for each club with the jerseys traditional worn in cup competitions released over the weekend. Also appearing are cleats from the Speed of Light collection.
But it is not only about the game on the field as the short film examines members of S3 Freestyle and the skills they take to the street.
‘Sort It Out Sharon’ is the title track of the video.
