Since first being used at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, the fan zone has become a major draw at international tournaments.  The 2016 Copa America Centenario announced the official locations in the host cities for the FanHQ, as they are calling the fan zones.

The locations provide local culture and atmosphere with most in well-known entertainment districts of the host city.  Admission is free and in addition to being able to watch matches the venues will provide live music, food, and beverages.
